Print-On-Demand Products General Policy 

 

1. Shipping.- All orders are processed on demand, and production standard time can take from 3 to 7 business days before shipping. Shipping times can vary depending on the destination, with an average of 4 to 12 business days. 

 

2. Cancellations.- Due that products are custom made, cancellation is allowed only on the first 2 hours after the sale is completed. 

 

3. Exchange & Returns.- We don't accept returns for customer's selection errors (size, color, design). Reimbursements are done only in case of:

• Damage on the product done by the shipping carrier

• Printing errors or different product from purchased

It's mandatory to provide photograph of the damage no more than 3 days after receiving the product.

 

4. Personalization- Customers is responsible for the ownership, legal rights and correct data, lyrics or images of the uploaded content and authorizes its use for printing purposes. We do not accept claims on printing errors if the provided design was defective or wrongly redacted.  We reserve the right to reject designs that infringe copy and/or author rights or offensive controversial content.
